    Applicable Dyeing Processes

    1.High-temperature high-pressure exhaust dyeing (Preferred)

Dyeing temperature: 130℃; heat setting temperature: 220~230℃~230℃

    2.Thermosol pad dyeing: Suitable for one-bath / two-bath dyeing of polyester-cotton fabrics

3.Carrier dyeing: Normal atmospheric pressure dyeing for polyester

4.Post-treatment: Reduction clearing with sodium hydrosulfite + caustic soda at 70~80℃ to remove floating color and improve fastness

    Application Scope

    1.Textile Industry

        - Dyeing and printing for polyester, polyester-cotton, polyester-viscose fabrics

        - Applicable to nylon, acetate fiber coloration

        - Tolerant to wrinkle-free & durable press finishing treatments

    2. Color Matching: Widely used yellow component for three-primary color blending; good compatibility with disperse red & disperse blue to formulate dark shades including dark brown, olive, army green

    3. Other Fields: Plastic coloration, solvent-based ink, heat transfer printing ink

    Advantages & Disadvantages

    Advantages:

    - Bright shade, high tinting strength, superior fastness to light, washing and perspiration

    - Stable dispersion system, no agglomeration & filter clogging under high temperature

    - Low cotton staining during polyester-cotton dyeing, excellent color matching compatibility

    Disadvantages:

    - Medium sublimation fastness, not suitable for harsh high-temperature pleating & high-temperature transfer printing scenarios

    - Inferior anti-thermal migration performance compared with Disperse Yellow 54

    Packaging & Storage

    - Standard package: 25kg woven bag / fiber drum

    - Storage requirement: Sealed, cool, dry & ventilated warehouse

    - Shelf life: 2 years
